A New Term

All the English children have now gone back to school. The teachers are looking a little tired already. Finally the sun has arrived - that is just typical! The fields are still waterlogged and all dog walks are rather muddy. The hedgerows are full of blackberries ready to pick and freeze so they can be popped into an apple pie!

We visited Marseille last weekend just for two days. The weather was lovely and we took a boat trip to the Calanques. We loved the old port area especially impressive with the hillside church of Notre Dame overlooking the city. Any one else paid a visit to Marseille? Gina
