IS IT REALLY THE SAME EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION?
Our newspapers tell us that the proposed amendments to the European Constitution make virtually no difference. It is apparantly 90% the same. What does the French media make of it? Do you and the people you know want a united states of europe?
Thanks for the sympathy for the english rugby team - we had a bit of a party and shouted at the referee on several occasions. However, I think the better team won on the night!

In general I think that the European Constitution is a good thing because it's necessary to be together to compete against China and the USA. However, each country must remain independant and keep their own identity.

I think that was the situation when we were the European Economic Community - now, it seems to have taken over our lives!
