Happy New Year from GG

Hello everyone. I hope that you have all had a good christmas and new year. January can be rather a depressing month - certainly in England the skies are grey and the days are short. I have been out walking my dog everyday, no matter what the weather is. Recent walks have included Evesham Country Park, Cleeve Hill - along the river avon, Oversley Wood (there are deer there, but I haven't seen them) and Dover's Hill, which overlooks the ancient town of Chipping Campden. There were lots of sheep grazing on the hill but fortunately our dog ignored them. I was telling a friend about the Puy du Fou the other day and what a wonderful experience it is. I think it is time for another visit to France. Good bye for now. GG

Petite anglaise

This is a link to buy a copy of a new book that has been written by an English woman living in Paris. It's rather like Bridget Jones in many ways and yes there might be a little sex in it too. Oh how shocking. Anyway, you can have a look at her blog and make your own mind up.

Bye for now

Red Hat Society

I'd just like to say that I have read an article about this group of women and I think it's a great idea.

Please leave a comment after you have seen their website.
