As you know, listening is the key to speaking. So, for people who want to improve their English, I've found 3 interesting sites. Here are the address. Could you reply to say what do you think about these sites?

For me, the third one is interesting and funny. Let's try to listen to them a lot and we'll quickly progress!! Why not.

Reading an English blog or a French one can be a great way to pick up some new expressions

"Tasting week"....Semaine du Goût

This weekend was the end of a special week in France where people can taste different things for free most of the time. I didn't go along to the Chocolate event in Cholet but you can have a look at the video and get a taste of what people were up to this weekend in France!!

Let me tell you about a great online magazine that you can read on your computer or pick up at a local Tourist information office...it's aimed at Brits living in this region...however you can read it in English and on the site you also have parts in French.

I've heard that in the next issue DEC/JAN there might be someone that I know in it!!

Go and have a look and let us know what you think.

Happy reading

What sunny weather

Where do you think that this photo was taken. It could be anywhere but I'll give you a clue by saying that it's somewhere local in France.

I've been there a few times and I've always felt as if it's a very peaceful place.

Who can guess?

This is one of my 200 photos of my last holidays in Djerba, on September (1 week).
It is the village of Chenini, who is at the begining of Tunisia desert.
We made an excursion of 2 days in the desert in 4 x 4 , we slept 1 night under a bedouin tent and we swam in an oasis with warm water at 32°. It was wonderful and very pleasant.
It was like on another planet !
Have a good sunny week-end

Change the email

Just to let you know that from now on we will be using my email...my name with a dot between my first name and surname and then I'm with orange in France...

The password has also changed slightly so for more information you can contact myself or Lindsey.

I do hope that you will be able to spare us 5 minutes from time to time this year.

Good luck
